Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3080 P/SOHO (2003 T12 = 2012 A3)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 189 observations 2003 to 2016 using only precise positions for the 2012 appearance. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The weighting mean residual is +/- 2.52 arc seconds. The residuals of recovery observations were about +120" for Right Ascension and about -25" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2489 (= HICQ 2015) with the delta-T correction = +0.007 day.
