The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 126 observations 2002 to 2016. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.58 arc second. The residuals of re-observations in 2016 March-April were +10" for Right Ascension and -5" for Declination from the prediction by T.
