The following improved orbital elements, T. Kobayashi, are from 131 observations 2014 Nov. 20 to 2015 July 20. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.58 arc second.
