Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3227 208P/McMillan

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 142 observations 2000 to 2016. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.64 arc second. The residuals of re-observations were -35" for Right Ascension and -20" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2515 (= HICQ 2015) by T. Kobayashi with the delta-T correction = +0.033 day.
