The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 113 observations 2005 to 2017. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.60 arc second. Residuals of recovery observations were +47" for Right Ascension and -21" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2120 (= HICQ 2014) with the delta-T correction = -0.09 day.
