The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 216 observations 2001 to 2017. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.73 arc second. Residuals for 2017 observations were +27" for Right Ascension and -5" for Declination from a predicted orbit (2001-2010) by T.
