The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 47 observations 2008 to 2017. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.61 arc second. Residuals in re-observations on 2017 April were -9" mainly for Right Ascension from the prediction in NK 2247 (= HICQ 2016-2017) with the delta-T correction = +0.005 day.
