Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3366 P/Wiegert-PANSTARRS (2016 P2 = 1998 U8 = 2007 R11)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 52 observations 1998 to 2016. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.55 arc second. Residuals from an orbit in HICQ 2017 were -0.34, -0.18 deg for 2007 observations and -0.47, -0.34 deg for 1998 observations. The comet has passed 0.60 AU from Jupiter on 2001 Nov. 28 UT.
