The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 174 observations 1999 to 2017. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.71 arc second. Residuals in 2017 April-May observations were +10" for Right Ascension and -3" for Declination from the prediction by T.
