The following improved orbital elements, S. Nakano, are from 156 observations 2015 Oct. 9 to 2017 Sept. 25. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.44 arc second.
