The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 177 observations 2013 to 2018. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.59 arc second. Recovery observations show the residuals of -26" for Right Ascension and +11" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2865 (= HICQ 2018) with the delta-T correction = +0.018 day.
