The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 161 observations 2017 Aug. 17 to 2018 July 21. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.63 arc second. If the observations after 2018 July 23 are included, a solution gives the non-gravitational parameters A1 = +18.1 and A2 = +0.878.
