The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 69 observations 2002 to 2014, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 3.55 arc seconds. Revised observations (and computational advise) were provided from R. Kracht, measurements by K. Battams. There is another combination C/2002 R5 = 2008 L7 = 2014 E4. Note; designations C/2014 E3 and 2014 E4 were given for computation, temporally.
