Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3899 289P/Blanpain

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 108 observations 2003 observations after close approach to Earth to 2019, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.63 arc second. Residuals on re-observations in 2019 were -72" for Right Ascension and -14" for Decliantion from the prediction in NK 2539 (=HICQ 2018/2019) with the delta-T correction = +0.016 day.
