Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3907 P/Gibbs (2006 W1 = 2019 U1)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 162 observations 2006 to 2019. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.62 arc second. Identifications with an object A10gUsx in PCCP were made by Hidetaka Sato, Tokyo. Residuals for recovery observations were +1.98 deg for Right Ascension and -0.49 deg for Declination from the prediction in NK 3401 (= HICQ 2019) with the delta-T correction = -9.5 days.
