The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 245 observations 2008 to 2019, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.79 arc second. Residuals for 2019 October observations were around -90" for Right Ascension and -30" for Declination from the prediction by T.
