Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4070 P/PANSTARRS (2020 F4 = 2011 GN5)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 98 observations 2002 to 2020. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.60 arc second. Identification with 2011 GN5 and many pre-discovery observations in 2009, 2011, 2018, 2019 and 2020 found by R. Weryk. Also 2002 observations found by K. Sarneczky. The comet has passed 0.58 AU from Jupiter on 1999 Aug.16 and also will pass 0.99 AU from Jupiter on 2034 Apr. 5 UT. See CBET 4742 (same orbit).
