The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 132 observations 2020 Aug. 28 to Oct. 27. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.47 arc second. This orbit indicates the comet passed 0.073 AU from Jupiter on 1983 July 2 UT. Before this close approach, after comet has passed T= 1973 Dec., orbit was T= 1960 10 24, q= 4.371 AU, e= 0.211, Peri.= 97.6, Node= 251.3, Inc.= 16.1, a= 5.539 AU, P= 13.0 years.
