Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4273 263P/Gibbs

The following improved orbital elements, by T. Kobayashi, are from 155 observations 2006 to 2018. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.73 arc second.
