Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4368 P/Scotti (2013 A2 = 2021 Ax)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 97 observations 2013 to 2021. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.47 arc second. Residuals for the recovery observations were +6'.7 for Right Ascension and -1'.9 for Declination from the prediction in NK 3665 (= HICQ 2020) with the delta-T correction = -0.18 day.
