Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4474 420P/Hill

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 151 observations 1996 to 2021, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of sublimating molecule = CO (or N2) using Yabushita's theory (MN 283, 347). The mean residual is +/- 1.18 arc seconds. Residuals on 2021 May observations were +20" for Right Ascension and +9" for Declination from a recent linked orbit in NK 4399 (= CBET 4943) with the delta-T correction = -0.03 day.
