The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 98 observations 2017 to 2021. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.37 arc second. Residuals on recovery observations were +3" mainly for Right Ascension from the prediction in NK 3846 (= HICQ 2020 and HICQ 2021). No required the Delta-T correction.
