The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 201 observations 2003 to 2021, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.95 arc seconds. Residuals for re-observations in 2021 were -0.32 deg for Right Ascension and -0.16 deg for Declination from NK 3170 (= HICQ 2020/2021) with the delta-T correction = +0.55 day. The comet has passed 0.30 AU from Jupiter on 2007 July 1 and 0.35 AU from Jupiter on 2019 May 30 UT. Also comet will pass 0.60 AU from Jupiter on 2031 July 24 UT.
