The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 100 observations 2007 to 2021. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.71 arc second. Residuals of recovery observations on 2021 Oct. 24 were +6'.0 for Right Ascension and 0'.3 for Declination from the prediction in NK 1565 (= HICQ 2021) with the delta-T correction = -0.20 day.
