The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 116 observations 2020 Aug. 10 to 2021 Nov. 29. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.23 arc second. The comet has passed 0.99 AU and 2.25 AU from Saturn on 1976 Oct. 13 and 2012 June 17 UT, respectively. Also comet passed 1.81 AU from Jupiter on 2020 Oct. 25 UT.
