The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 257 observations 1997 to 2022. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.48 arc second. Residuals of the recovery observations on 2021 Nov.29 were -0.48 deg for Right Ascension and +0.25 deg for Declination from the prediction in NK 3978 (= HICQ 2021) computed by T.
