Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4651 415P/Tenagra

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 192 observations 2013 to 2022. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.54 arc second. Residuals on 2022 observations were -13" mainly Right Ascension from a recent linked orbit in NK 4367 (= CBET 4918) with the delta-T correction = +0.025 day.
