Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4668 P/McNaught (P/McNaught (2011 Q3 = 2000 Wx (ABS52C) = 2022 Gx)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 156 observations 2000 to 2022. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.64 arc second. Residuals were +15" for Right Ascension and +3" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2201 (= HICQ 2021) with the delta-T correction = -0.02 day. An object in 2000 was found from a linked orbit 2011-2022 with the residuals of -16" and -2" which was delta-T = -0.014 day. The comet has passed 0.75 AU and 0.53 AU from Jupiter on 1990 July 30 and 2002 April 9 UT, respectively. Due to these approaches 1988 orbit was some changed.
