Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4787 C/2016 A5 (PANSTARRS)
The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 46 observations 2014 Nov. 14 to 2016 May 4. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.34 arc second. The comet has passed 3.57 AU from Neptune on 2002 May 21 and 2.17 AU from Jupiter on 2016 May 4 UT. Outside observations from the previous orbit were reported. Orbit was great improved.
