Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 4916 P/PANSTARRS (2021 L4 = 2012 Q3)
The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 49 observations 2012 to 2022. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.20 arc second. 2012 observations show the residual of +2".5 mainly for Right Ascension from an orbit in NK 4871. No delta-T correction required.
