The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 249 observations 1996 to 2023, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.88 arc second. 2023 May observations show the residuals of -12" for Right Ascension and -36" for Declination from the prediction in NK 4266 with the delta-T correction = +0.03 day.
