The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 63 observations 2014 to 2023. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.40 arc second. Residuals for the recovery observations were +135" for Right Ascension and +35" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2909 (= CH 2023) with the delta-T correction = -0.14 day.
