Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 5066 13P/Olbers

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 86 observations 1887 to 2023, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 1.47 arc seconds. Residuals for the recovery observations were +150" for Right Ascension and +145" for Declination from the prediction in NK 3997 (HICQ 2020-2022 and CH 2023) with the delta-T correction = -0.50 day. The comet has passed 0.081 AU from Mars on 1887 July 28, 1.52 AU from Jupiter on 1889 Jan. 11 and 4.41 AU from Saturn on 1959 Mar. 22 UT. 1815 observations (See NK 3997) are no longer fitting which give the residual of about 0.4 deg from this orbit.
