The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 147 observations 2010 to 2024, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.61 arc second. Residuals for 2024 April observations were +13" for Right Ascension and -6" for Declination from the prediction in NK 4749 (= CH 2023) with the delta-T correction = -0.01 day.
