Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 5259 P/Denning (1894 F1 = 2007 HE4)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 257 observations 1894 to 2007, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The weighting mean residual is +/- 0.85 arc second (mean residual 3".75). The comet has has passed 0.63 AU 1909 Jan. 14, 0.24 AU on 1925 June 18, 0.85 AU on 1949 Apr. 17 and 0.19 AU on 1986 Nov. 8 from Jupiter. Also comet has passed 0.071 AU from Jupiter on 1830 July. The comet has passed 0.27 AU on 1894 Fbe. 12, 0.62 AU 1908 Dec. 25 and 0.47 AU on 1964 Jan. 29 from the Earth.
