Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 5333 287P/Christensen
The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 207 observations 2014 to 2024, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and the non-gravitational effects of sublimating molecule = CO (or N2) using Yabushita's theory (MN 283, 347). The mean residual is +/- 1.06 arc seconds. The comet will pass 0.91 AU from Jupiter on 2026 Nov. 21 UT. 2024 November observations show the residuals of +18" for Right Ascension and +11" for Declination from the recent linked orbit (2006- 2023) in NK 5046 (= CH 2024) with the delta-T correction = -0.034 day.
