Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 5394 P/Rankin (2024 L4 = 2014 N4 = 2017 B6)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 98 observations 2004 to 2024. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.32 arc second. Residuals for previous returns were +/-0.66 deg for 2004, +/-0.28 deg for 2014 and +/-0.05 deg for 2017 observations from a recent unpublished orbit.
