Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 5400 P/PANSTARRS (2018 L1 = SG0CE2F = H268102 = P128Vrd = 2025 Gx)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 83 observations 2011 to 2025, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.45 arc second. The residuals of recovery observations on 2025 April 9 were +58" for Right Ascension and -18" for Declination from the prediction in NK 3713 (= CH 2025) with the delta-T correction = -0.04 day. The comet has passed 1.07 AU from Jupiter on 2002 Aug. 31 and will pass 0.52 AU from Jupiter on 2048 Nov. 27 UT. See the previous orbits in NK 3698 and NK 3713.
