Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 5407 P/NEAT (2003 QX29 = 2025 H1)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 125 observations 2002 to 2025. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.60 arc second. Residuals for the recovery observations were +17'.4 for Right Ascension and +7'.0 for Declination from the prediction in NK 1112 (= from an orbit in HICQ 2004 and CH 2025) with the delta-T correction = -2.25 days. The comet will pass 1.59 AU from Saturn on 2032 Apr. 10 UT. See the previous orbits in YC 2402, NK 1112 (= CH 2025) and CBET 5547 (same orbit).
