Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 5412 P/PANSTARRS (2018 L1 = 2011 F2 = 2025 F3)
The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 107 observations 2011 to 2025, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.43 arc second. The residuals of recovery observations on 2025 April 9 were +58" for Right Ascension and -18" for Declination from the prediction in NK 3713 (= CH 2025) with the delta-T correction = -0.04 day. The comet has passed 1.07 AU from Jupiter on 2002 Aug. 31 and will pass 0.52 AU from Jupiter on 2048 Nov. 27 UT. Identifications with SG0CE2F, H437534, H268102, H437538 and P128Vrd found by T.
