Because there are some troubles, HICQ 2022 was not published. The following
predictions are instead of HICQ 2022.
Here I didn't re-improve the orbits like every year I did. But orbit has
the accuracy within +/-4" for nearly parabolics and +/- 8" for periodics which
were checked for the last observations. But there is a possibility that some
comets will show more large residual.
